This project, located on the banks of lake Burley Griffin in Kingston ACT.

The project involved a comprehensive rectification of multiple leaking and failing window structural components as part of an insurance claim response.

Our team was engaged to implement remediation works and rectify the root causes of water ingress and structural failures. There were significant challenges undertaking the works including but not limited to,  high reach, traffic management, client interface and the onset of extreme weather changes in addition to materials performance specified to be used under such conditions.

With precision and attention to detail, we removed and replaced defective window units, addressed underlying framing and sealing deficiencies, and implemented robust waterproofing solutions to ensure long-term integrity.

Every stage of the remediation process was conducted in collaboration with engineers and a strict adherence to compliant standards which delivered a long-term successful outcome for the building owners.
